With my partner Robin Binsard, we founded the firm Binsard Martine Associés, exclusively dedicated to criminal defense.
We handle misdemeanor and felony cases before all French courts, and abroad, at all stages of legal proceedings. With extensive experience in emergency criminal defense, I assist my clients from the outset of proceedings, including during police custody.
Our firm has in-depth expertise in defending defendants in criminal proceedings relating to drug offences and organized crime in general.
In this respect, our firm is at the forefront of matters relating to Encrochat and Sky-ECC, which require a high degree of technical expertise.
We are also regularly involved in economic and financial crime, such as misappropriation of corporate assets, tax fraud, fraud and money laundering.

I regularly publish in leading legal journals and provide training in criminal law and procedure for lawyers at the Paris Bar.
As a former member of the Paris Bar Council, I am also proud to be co-director of the Scientific Committee of the Paris Bar Institute of Criminal Law.
