„What does "great lawyer" mean?
It means a lawyer useful to judges to help them decide according to justice, useful to the client to help him assert his reasons.
Useful is that lawyer who speaks only as much as necessary, who writes clearly and concisely, who does not clutter the hearing with his intrusive personality, who does not bore the judges with his verbosity and does not arouse suspicion with his subtlety: precisely the opposite, therefore, of what certain audiences mean by "great lawyer"

I am a graduate of La Sapienza University of Rome and have been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2007, with the qualification to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation.

For more than 15 years, I have dedicated my career to criminal defense, focusing on complex cases involving organized crime, mafia-related activities, international drug trafficking, and economic criminal law, with a particular emphasis on seizures and confiscations under the Anti-Mafia Code.

Operating from my office in Rome, I have represented defendants in high-stakes trials across Italy, including those with significant international dimensions. Among these are the “Decollo” investigation, a landmark case conducted by the DDA of Reggio Calabria, which connected criminal operations between Colombia and Italy, and the more recent “Eureka” investigation, notable for its coordination of investigative forces across Europe, South America, and the United States.

In today’s rapidly evolving legal landscape, the globalization of crime and the strengthening of international cooperation—through institutions such as Eurojust, Europol, and the establishment of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO)—pose new and complex challenges. These developments demand a criminal lawyer who is not only deeply grounded in domestic law but also adept at navigating cross-border legal frameworks and international collaboration.

This evolution compels me to continuously enhance my expertise, going beyond the boundaries of national legal codes to meet the demands of a future where legal challenges are increasingly international in scope.

For me, professional collaboration is more than just a resource for our clients—it represents an unparalleled opportunity for growth, both personally and professionally. It allows for the exchange of knowledge, the broadening of perspectives, and the pursuit of excellence in addressing some of the most complex legal issues of our time.
